Aside from washing it every day, you should use mild facial scrubs and exfoliators to constantly facilitate the growth of new layers of skin.

It is not always 100 percent possible to eliminate the presence of age spots, despite your best efforts. As you age, it is important to do your best by protecting your skin from the harmful UV rays of the sun, eating a healthy diet and exercising.
